Located in the heart of Palma’s old town our friendly, welcoming language school is the ideal place to learn a new language.

We ensure a high quality of teaching and by limiting our groups to a maximum of six students we guarantee everyone makes the most of their learning experience.

01. Our aims

Our aim has always been to provide a relaxed and positive learning environment for children and adults of all ages in which to practise and improve their language skills. As a small, independent school, the atmosphere is friendly and our students are always made to feel welcome.

02. Experience

All our teachers are native speakers and are qualified by the University of Cambridge or equivalent. Not only do they have vast experience teaching all ages and levels but they also know how to keep langauge learning fresh and fun.

03. Flexibility

Speakeasy provides flexible learning by offering a wide range of courses in terms of timetable and intensity. Students can choose to learn by themselves, with a friend or in small groups. Limiting our classes to only 6 means our teachers can focus on the individual needs of each student and respond to their strengths, weaknesses and specific requests.

04. Success

At Speakeasy we primarily measure our success by the improvement in our students and their positive feedback- over 90 % of our students come back year after year. Our exam pass rate is also outstanding - over the last 12 years Speakeasy has successfully prepared hundreds of students for official exams such as the Cambridge First and Cambridge Advanced.
